Enchanté by GRID Breaks Ground in Dubai's Arjan: Dh300 Million Project 60% Sold Before Construction, Handover Q4 2028

GRID Properties has broken ground on Enchanté, a Dh300 million residential project in Arjan, and says more than 60 percent of the homes had already been sold by the time construction began. Handover is set for the fourth quarter of 2028.

The building rises beside Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden and stacks studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments above a retail podium. Prices open at Dh662,000, a level that puts the project squarely in the mid market bracket where Dubai's off-plan demand has been strongest this year.

For GRID, a boutique developer that also has projects in Al Furjan, Jumeirah Village Circle and Business Bay, Enchanté is pitched as the company's first signature building.
