Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Doment app, website, and CRM. By using them, you agree to what follows.
The service
Doment provides (1) information about Dubai real-estate projects — compiled from public Dubai Land Department records and third-party sources — with search and the ability to save projects, and (2) a CRM used by real-estate agencies to manage leads, requirements, matching, proposals, deals, finances, and client communication, including an AI assistant. These terms cover both.
Not professional advice
No affiliation
Doment is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with the Dubai Land Department, any developer, or any brokerage. Names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the properties they relate to.
Accounts and workspaces
Signing in to the app is optional and lets you save properties. To use the CRM, your agency has a private workspace that you join as a member with a role (owner, admin, manager or agent). The workspace owner is responsible for who they invite and for their team’s use of the service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Apple or Google sign-in secure. You may leave, be removed from, or delete your account at any time.
Your data and your clients’ data
The records an agency enters into the CRM — including its clients’ personal data — belong to the agency, which is responsible for them: for having a lawful basis to hold and use them, for their accuracy, and for honouring people’s privacy rights. Doment processes that data on the agency’s behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must only upload data you have the right to use.
Client communications
The service can send WhatsApp messages and emails to the recipients an agency chooses. You agree to use this only for legitimate, expected, and lawful communication with your own clients — not for unsolicited bulk messaging or spam. Recipients can opt out at any time (a WhatsApp “STOP”, or an email unsubscribe), and the service enforces those opt-outs; you must not attempt to circumvent them. Misuse that endangers a messaging channel — for example, conduct that gets a WhatsApp number banned — may lead to suspension.
Subscriptions
The CRM is offered on subscription plans billed monthly, as described on our pricing page. Plans include a set number of active users; additional users or usage may be offered as add-ons, and applicable taxes are added at checkout. Changing or cancelling a plan never deletes your data — features above your current plan simply become unavailable until you upgrade again.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for your own lawful business or personal purposes.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or systematically extract the property data; do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not use the messaging features for spam or unlawful content, and comply with the policies of the underlying providers (such as WhatsApp) and with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law.
- Do not use the service to break any law or third-party right.
Intellectual property
The service, its design, and our compilation and presentation of the property data are owned by Doment. The underlying property records belong to their respective sources. The records you create, and your clients’ data, remain yours.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decision made in reliance on the information provided.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; you can delete your account, and an agency can ask us to export or delete its workspace data. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or endangers the service or its messaging channels.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
